contact us and we will refer you to the nearest distributor
carrying our products. |

terms are net 30 days to distributors who have provided acceptable
credit information. To open an account, please request and complete
our credit application form. We reserve the right to change,
add, or delete products, prices or specifications without notice.
Please note: Credit privileges are extended and maintained solely
for the convenience of those distributors who keep their accounts
in good standing, avoiding slow payments and the extra costs
these involve. |

All
prices published by Edward H. Pope Ltd. are FOB our warehouse
in Brampton and subject to change without notice; all taxes
are extra. Our minimum invoice charge is $50.00 net, excluding
freight and taxes. Our GST registration number is R101583110.
Please note that all prices on our manufacturers' websites are
in US funds, FOB the factory.

Please
make all claims for short shipments within seven days of shipment
date of goods. Damages incurred in transit are claimed from
the common carrier.

We
stand behind the products we sell and the service we provide.
Please call for authorization before returning goods. If a shipping
error has been made, if your order was entered incorrectly,
or if the goods are defective, we will arrange to have the goods
picked up and replacement goods will be shipped prepaid. If
you have ordered incorrectly, please call and then ship the
goods back to us prepaid. We will issue a credit after receiving
and inspecting your return. Our standard restocking charge is
30%.
